Terms and Conditions:
- All rates are nightly and based on double occupancy.
- All rates include a full gourmet breakfast every morning.
- Tax is 13%: city, county and state.
- + $20.00/night for each additional guest in One Bedroom Suite and Deluxe Family Room.
- Higher Rates may apply during Special Events and/or Holidays. **
- Minimum stay requirement may apply during Special Events and/or Holidays.**
- 10% Discount for 7 days or more
- A $25.00 processing fee is applied to cancellations made before a week (7 days) of arrival date. Guest will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation if canceled within the week (7 days) of arrival date or in case of No-Show.
- A 1 night non-refundable deposit will be charged if arriving or staying during a special event and/or holiday. The full amount of the reservation will be charged if a cancellation is made within 3 weeks (21 days) of arrival day.**
- Cash and major credit cards (Visa, Master Card & Amex) accepted. All rates quoted in US currency
- All Rooms are non-smoking
- Well behaved pets are welcome. A Pet fee of $20.00 per night is applied.
- Free Parking if a parking pass is available, otherwise, parking will be at a nearby garage for $15.00 per day.
(**) Special Events/Holidays: Art Basel (December 4-8/2012) 5 nights minimum , International Boat Show(February 14-18/2013) 4 nights minimum, Winter Music Conference and Ultra Music Festival (March 13-24/2013) 4 nights minimum, Memorial Day Weekend (May 25-27/2012 - May 24-26/2013) 3 nights minimum.
